We?re looking for a few highly motivated, competitive, smart and hardworking people to join our inside sales team.

In the role of Inside Sales Representative, you will:
? Learn about ERP technology (such as SAP) and how companies use it to effectively manage and grow their businesses
? Receive sales training that will take your current skills and elevate them so you can link the business needs of companies to the products and services we offer.
? Be trained in SalesForce.com - we will train you to become an expert at using this highly effective sales tool.
? Build a pipeline of sales opportunities and close business that generates revenue that you get paid on.

Ideal candidates for this position will have the following qualities/attributes:
? Competitive ? ideally someone that needs to win at whatever they do
? Smart ? some things you?ll need to figure out on your own but we know you can
? Motivated by money ? you need it, we have it, but we?re just not going to give it to you, you?ll need to earn it. In addition to an hourly wage of $12, you will receive a performance based sales commission

Experience and prerequisites required:
? If you have a track record of accomplishments that?s great, but if you are a proven winner and have the qualities that we are looking for, then you need to apply to this job
? Sales and/or customer service experience is always helpful
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts, processes or skills
? Working towards BA/BS degree

DETAILS:
$12 per hour + commission
10-20 hours per week
In exchange for your skills and talents, we offer an attractive wage and commission package. We understand that some of you are studying and will be very flexible in scheduling hours. In addition, we offer free fresh bagels on Wednesday mornings and all the gourmet coffee, soda, fruit and snacks you can eat every day.
